Welcome to Cupsmyth. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using our website and purchasing oaur products. While legal stuff isn’t the most exciting, it’s important to make everything clear so you know what to expect and how we operate. We’re committed to offering great service and will always aim to resolve issues fairly and with care.
Standard Terms of Sale
By using this website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We recommend reviewing them before confirming a purchase.
We work hard to ensure every product—whether it’s our roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, or luxury hot chocolate—arrives fresh and in perfect condition. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make things right with a refund or exchange.
Delivery Information
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will usually go out the following business day. Occasionally, an additional 24–48 hours may be needed for fresh roasted coffee as our beans are roasted to order.
All orders are shipped via tracked courier. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we’ll contact you directly.
Please note: Some packages may not fit through standard letterboxes. If no one is home, your courier may leave a delivery card or attempt redelivery.
Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving it. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you’ll receive a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, it must be returned unopened and in saleable condition.
You may also return any product within 30 days of purchase if it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition. Refunds apply to the item value only, unless the product was damaged, faulty, or sent in error—in which case we’ll cover return shipping as well.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds & Exchanges
All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation or return. If we can’t refund the same card for any reason, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
If a product is faulty, we may offer a refund, replacement, or exchange of equal or similar value.
Age Restrictions
You must be 18 or over to make purchases on this website.

Wholesale Orders
We welcome wholesale partnerships and supply coffee beans in bulk, roast & ground coffee, and hot chocolate wholesale for cafés, shops, and food service businesses. Wholesale terms are available on request and are subject to minimum order quantities.

Your privacy matters to us. We collect personal data like names and emails only when you submit it (e.g. via our newsletter or checkout). We never share your data without your permission and follow all relevant data protection laws.
