All refunds will be issued to the debit or credit card used for the original purchase, within 30 days from the date of cancellation or return of goods.
In the event we are unable to process a refund to your original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refund.
For faulty products reported after the 7-day cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer a replacement item of equal or similar value instead of a refund.
